I had an old garage door opener from the Stone Age replaced with a state-of-the-art wall-mounted opener. I was... impressed by the great service, timeliness, and quality of work.Eli picked up my call and was able to give me a survey of the latest technology, order parts, and schedule an installation appointment. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to give me a fair rate.Mauricio did the initial survey and installation. This included removal of the old existing hardware and converting to a torsion spring system. He was respectful and made a complex job look really easy. His experience from doing 4-5 installs a day showed in the exceptional quality of work.I highly recommend these folks.read more

All I knew about my garage door was that there was a significant issue. Eli came out to a home I am renting to give... an estimate and see which parts needed to be replaced on the garage door. The springs broke because the wrong parts were installed by someone else 10 years ago. The estimate was reasonable and Eli kept in touch about the parts that had to be ordered. Eli replaced the broken springs and related parts. After doing that, he was able to determine the true causes of why my garage door was operating poorly... the frame was only secured by 2 screws into drywall instead of bolts in the ceiling. Eli bolted the frame to the ceiling beams and straightened the rails. Thank goodness I followed his advice last week and did not use my garage door until he fixed it because the entire door assembly could have fallen on my cars or my family. What a professional! Definitely recommend for repairs and maintenance!read more

Eli was able to adapt some of the old support beams by reworking them That save me from having to order customized parts at significant additional cost and a further delay in the installation. I did not get a chance to post this before we left on vacation. Eli is amazing! his assessment was excellent. Since it... was me at home I had no idea the technical details. He let my husband call and talk to him and my husband was very impressed. His estimate was great, he set a time so that I could be there after work, 5:30pm. Eli came, in the freezing cold made the repairs and the door has never worked so well, didn't know the door could close without a grinding noise and slam. Not only is Eli incredibly knowledgeable, but man of integrity, not to mention friendly and an intellectual. It was like having an old world craftsman doing the work. When it started getting late, he told us that he only had about an hour left but would be willing to return early the next morning so as not to keep our young son up too late. After some discussion, he assured me that... he could update some of the critical components and restore my existing door to full effortless performance, for about 1/4 the price of replacing the garage door. He caame back the next day, with all the necessary parts and did just that.
